I’ve got a 5 star rating across the board! Here’s what past attendees have to say.
This workshop is aimed at photographers who want to improve and take their landscape photography to the next level. You will learn how I plan my sunrise & sunset shoots, how to focus for maximum DOF, you’ll learn more about composition, rule of thirds, leading lines, how & when to use filters, long exposure photography. During the night you will learn how to focus in the darkness, how to shoot really long exposures, how to create star trails and how to shoot the majestic northern lights!
This is not a sight seeing tour or a beginner’s photography course where you learn the basics of Photography such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO. You MUST already understand the exposure triangle, how it works and how each of the settings affect each other. This is not a luxury holiday where we spend time relaxing by the pool and topping up our tan.
This is a photography workshop intended for like minded people who share a passion for shooting landscapes, both the classic spots but also the not so classic spots. We’ll spend a week living together, eating together, shooting together, sharing our stories, sharing our passion for photography. This will be an intense trip, we’ll be shooting when the light is at it’s best and that’s during sunrise & sunset, we’ll be shooting in all conditions from rain, hail and snow to those rare blue skies. We’ll sleep when we can, when the light is at it’s worst.
I can guarantee you by the end of the week, you’ll be going home with new friends, great images but you’ll also be ready for a good sleep 😉
