Are you ready to join me for the adventure of a lifetime while we take on the beautiful but rugged Isle of Skye?
The Isle of Skye is fast becoming one of the top locations in not only Scotland but the world for landscape photography. It’s famous for its unique landscapes that will take your breath away.
With awe inspiring locations like The Quiraing, Old Man of Storr, Mealt Falls, the mysterious Fairy Glen and Fairy Pools, and the stunning Eilean Donan Castle this trip is guaranteed to be spectacular and you won’t want to miss out.
As with all my tours, places are limited, and with this tour it’s limited to ONLY 3 people so I can make the most of our time together, giving everyone the chance of one on one time with me.
|GROUP SIZE||Maximum of 3|
|SKILL LEVEL||From Amateurs to Professionals.|
|FITNESS LEVEL||Moderate – This photography tour will include uneven ground, rocks, slippy grass as well as a 1 hour max hike to the Old Man of Storr.|
As with all my photography tours, it’s not just about the location but also about the images you’ll capture along the way. For me it’s about the journey, the adventure of getting to each location and the laughs we have. These adventures are about making memories that you’ll retell for years to come.
Every step of the way I’ll be there to guide you, support you on location, helping you to create the best possible image in whatever conditions we face. My main aim is to enhance your skill set so you can feel confident to create landscape images in your own favourite locations. I’ll show you how to read your histogram, improve your composition, use full manual mode and manual focusing, how to capture long exposures and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
Although the tour has a fixed itinerary for accommodation, please note that it is subject to change depending on weather conditions at the time.

This workshop is aimed at at photographers who want to improve and take their landscape photography to the next level by both shooting in epic locations, but also being guided by me. This is not a sightseeing tour or a beginner’s photography course where you’ll learn the basics of Photography such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO. You MUST already have an understanding of the exposure triangle, how it works and how each of the settings affect each other. This is not a luxury holiday where we spend time relaxing by the pool and topping up our tan.
This is a photography tour & workshop intended for like minded people who share a passion for shooting landscapes, both the classic spots but also the not so classic spots. We’ll spend a week living together, eating together, shooting together, sharing our stories, sharing our passion for photography.
Still not convinced? Here’s what past attendees have to say.
